Ich habe dieselbe Rolle in meinem Fitnessstudio genutzt und bin mit der Handhabung immer gut klargekommen. Sie ist etwas härter/fester im Aufbau, was aber nicht unangenehm empfunden wird. Für viele Übungen sehr gut einsetzbar. Was anzumerken wäre, ein Leitfaden für verschiedene Übungsmöglichkeiten wäre nützlich.
