The aqua product Beco Aquajogging Belt SLIM in a narrow design can hold up to 70 kg body weight.
The swimming belt is the ideal swimming aid for allwater aerobics activities, aqua jogging and is used in a wide variety of Aqua Gym courses Application. This belt gives you a lot of buoyancy so that you can train particularly effectively due to the water resistance. Thanks to its slim design, it offers you optimal wearing comfort and guarantees you optimal freedom of movement, which makes it perfect for 'running' or 'jogging' in the aqua area. The material of the aqua belt is made of soft PE foam with waffle embossing and plastic inserts, which overall ensures a pleasant feel. The swimming belt can be individually adjusted to your own body with its wide, adjustable strap with a length of 150 cm. The simple but secure snap closure is particularly practical.
TIP: When using it, you should make sure to pull in your stomach slightly when putting on the belt, as the material of the aqua jogging belt stretches in the water. At the same time, your body is compressed slightly by the water pressure. This turns what was initially a firm hold on land into a comfortable fit in the water. To get used to the buoyancy of the aqua jogging belt, you should first perform simple movements in shallow water. Alternately lifting and lowering one leg, then bending both legs are ideal balance exercises to start with. If you still feel a little unsteady, you can hold on to the edge of the pool at the same time. After just a short time you can jog in the water.

Das Produkt ist schon gut,aber der Gurt zieht sich im Wasser immer auf! Für meine Figur ist er leider etwas zu breit,er war ja mit smal beschrieben! Ichhatte ihn mir etwas weicher vorgestellt,was nicht so schlimm ist! Großes Problem ist eben der Gurt,weil es sich im Wasser aufzieht und ich muss dann aus dem Becken gehen ,um ihn wieder fest zu zurren! mit einer Hand geht das im Wasser nicht1 Ich habe jeden Montag Aquafitness!! Vielleicht haben sie betr. des Gurtes eine Idee Gruß Uta Schleiffer ,
